This Meatloaf Recipe is a classic. Made with lean ground beef it's full of flavor and perfectly moist, I topped it all off with a brown sugar glaze.

    Wow great. I added about a 1/2 tablespoon or so of Siracha to the topping and formed it in a loaf and cooked on a sheet pan covered in foil — this way it doesn’t cook in its own grease and you can drain it al away from the meatloaf. Cooked in about 1 hr and 15 mins. Perfection.

    Very good! But took way longer to cook through than it says in the recipe - about an hour or so. Tried this a second time divided into 4 portions on a sheet pan and baked at 375 deg F. Completely cooked yet moist with crispy edges in 45-50 minutes.

    Changes I made: half ground pork, half beef; half bread crumbs, half Romano cheese; double amount of sauce, with grape jelly instead of brown sugar. Best meatloaf!
